Well, We took 5th in butts, top 4 used sauce and I didn't. I have always assumed if you use sauce on competition meat your trying to hide something. Maybe I'm just a little disappointed, really was proud of my product at this event. Oh well, on to the next one. Anybody know a good recipe for sauce?

Believe me, we were penalized in Canton for not saucing... I put to much on and get penalized. I need to find a happy medium...
