300 degrees till 160 internal. I don't know how long. Sorry, no help on that one.
I really like everglades. I also like Johnnys.
You can't go wrong with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder.

This would not be practical for more than a few breasts, but you might want to try it on one when you do the cook.

Starting at the tail end separate the skin from the meat by working your fingers back and forth to break the membrane holding the skin to the meat. Try not to puncture the skin. Turn the skin inside out but leave it attached near the neck. Rub the meat and cavity with olive oil, sprinkle with dried sage, thyme, tarragon, kosher salt and cracked pepper. If there is any excess skin/fat where the neck was removed, cut it off and lay it across the top of the breast. Pull the skin back over the breast and secure around the bottom with tooth picks. Repeat the oil and spices.

Use apple or pecan wood, hickory may be too strong. Pull the meat you can't slice and make turkey salad.

Unless they were already "enhanced", I would brine them before cooking them. In my experience, turkey breasts can dry out very easily. YMMV

I like to put olive oil on my turkey breasts and season with Butt Rub. Then smoke with your favorite wood.
