Have any of you Stretch owners tested the heat distribution on your Stretch? I want to kind of get an idea, running three racks, where the "hot spots" might be so I know where to put things. Thanks.

Well, just out of curiosity, is there normally an area that's cooler/hotter than the rest or does it vary from time to time?

Lower right side - above where heat enters (despite the "grease deflector").
Overall, though, it doesn't seem to vary more than 15 degrees anywhere.
