 made a BLT using pig candy?

I might have to try it this weekend in Live Oak.
I had a couple of BLTs for lunch today and oh my mother motor scooter! They were out of this world good. Started to take a pic to post and said "naw, let em believe it really didn't happen".

I'll have some fresh maters from dads garden and some bacon and white bread and mayo(Dukes).
Bob, come on over and lets have a sammich friday afternoon.

Nope, but i bet you are gonna tell us how good it is and supply us with pictures so we can see. I know it is on here somewhere but pig candy is just bacon coated with brown sugar and rub correct?

13,
No pictures...didn't happen...never had time to try it. I am gonna give it a try this week for sure.
My pig candy is brown sugar and cyanne pepper. I have tried it with rub but too salty for me.

We make them here all the time. My 14 year old son made the first one, now they are a regular at our house. Gotta love that pig candy then add lettuce and tomato, MMMMM...
