I have a vending gig this weekend at a local bike rally.
i was gunna try something i heard about called a cowboy cocktail.
plastic cup with pulled pork, bbq sauce, beans, and cole slaw layered.
to me this doesnt sound good but i dont like slaw.

but anyway, do you think i can get 4.50 per 16 oz cup?

I think you could.

Add sweeter sauce, and call it a BBQ Sundae!

Clear cups work best, so they can see the layers.

Been thinking about those...Bob said to call it a BBQ Sunday.
We had a vendor selling those in Barnesville at our FBA contest several years ago. They always had a line. I bought one. It was good. I would buy another.
Just my thoughts...add a dill pickle spear or some dill chips on top(cherry) and charge $6each or two for $10!

I think everyone has given great feedback... Sounds good to me and I'd buy one for $6.00. Good luck and let us know how it turned out.

A few more of my thoughts on vending...
NO COINS!
NO DOLLAR BILLS if you can help it.

Coins and dollar bills are just one more thing to keep up with and RUN OUT OF.
Sometimes you can't help having to deal with the dollar bill. And that is ok. Thats why I suggested 6 each or 2 for 10. Keep it simple, specially for me since I don't cypher so good.
Just my .02 cents   ...er 5 dollars
