Major flaw, how far is it to the nearest refreshments?

Seriously, looks great, I really need a place myself.

What are the dimensions of the slab?

Like I said it's not finshed, but right now it's maybe 50ft to the fridge.
The slab is 16'x12 4"

The railing is going to be bar height and 10-12" wide so people can visit during the cooks. ;) Kinda like Emerils.

When you start with the upgrades, ya need a sink with Hot and Cold running water and (as DeepSouth and Goddahavit said) something to keep the Adult Beverages cold. As far as markcp sez, they can sit on the ground.

Looks good, though.

I do have a hose bib back there but eventually I want to have a sink with hot/cold available.. Still need lighting out there. I do have two duplex outlets in there. It's really not THAT far to beverages but we may put something closer. :) An old reach in chest type refer would be great. ;)

Gator Sailor USS Blueridge LCC-19 72-75. Then I ran a 8 lane bowling alley on Rough and Ready Island, Stockton CA. Met the wife got out. She did 22.5 retired as an RMC (radioman chief). Both our boys are in and we couldn't be prouder of them. :D

Now we both work for the VA taking care of those who now stand the watch for us all. :D

Sorry for rambling on....

JoeD that is one sweet set up there but I do have to agree, a beer fridge would only make it better.

Joe I sure like that setup. I am working on mine, but it won't do justice to what you have in progress at your place. I am torn between using pavers or just biting the bullet and pouring a slab. I think pouring a slab would be cheaper in the long run, but I will have to put a pencil to it before I make my decision. If I leave it where I have it now, I won't have to run any electrical power to the other purposed location in our very small yard. Post some more pics Joe, I need all the great ideas I can get my hands on.
