Very nice set up!!!! With the Classic and a 224, you should be able to cook for an Army!! I love the color as well.

Great setup. Is the flex tubing in the ceiling for exhausting out the smoke?

It was but I'm getting to much water build up from condensation. I stopped with the tubing and just use a fan to circulate the air which seems to be working fine. I had both cooking Sat and no smoke build up.

Hey Guys,

I have been to Gregs - nice set up and if you get to Macclenny, FL get off I-10 on to 121 and stop by Gregs place(Wings Galore). He's turning out some really good pulled pork and ribs.
We ate there last week and will be going back.

Steve
