What a way to spent a Labor Day! Cooking the old Stump's way. It's only my second cook, have a lot to learn but cooking on the Stretch is just like cheating.

I think he's been holding out on us. It may be the second cook on his Stump's, but I am guessing that he has cooked a time or three (dozen) before. ;)

Lookin' good. I wish my bacon weaves came out that straighe... :?
