Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good place on line to buy pepper racks for the smoker?

Thanks,

Bill

I am not knocking the racks...I just don't use one. I half the pepper and stuff with a disposable cake bag and a quick spiral wrap with bacon. No toothpicks needed.
the racks do look cool!!

I use a quart size ziplock bag and just cut a corner of the bag and squeeze the filling into the pepper halves.

That works to and cheaper than the bags I use. I would still be using the ziplock if it was not for a friend that gave me a stack of the cake bags.

williams sonoma has pepper racks also. You can order them online. I was just there (I have one in the mall up the road from me) and picked up a jalapeno core remover, cuts into the top of the pepper and cores out the seeds and membrane leaving a cup shape. Going to try it this weekend since the in-laws are coming. Was thinking shrimp wrapped in prosciutto and cheese, stuffed into the pepper, wrpped with bacon, and glazed with maple syrup, brown sugar, cider vinegar and cayenne.
Got the picture to work
