I have recently purchased a Stretch and absolutely love this cooker. Can anyone give me advise on cooking two 1/2 hogs. Size, cook temp, time and rack positioning. Also I wonder what size whole hog can be put in the cooker.
This is my first post so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Happy smoking,
Qman
