Hi to all that are out there in Stump Nation.

I have had my Stretch for a few years and now I want to enter a completion in a few months. I cook 8lb butts at 250 degrees. This is a KCBS event and my problem is that I have never put all 4 meat types in at one time or even know where the best placement is. i.e. one top left, one bottom right etc.

Also can you suggest cook times and pounds too.

I have always used Stubbs coal and wonder what is there another suggested brand.
