Ok I'm off to pick up my Classic this Thursday and will be starting to cook on Friday night. This is a used unit already seasoned and cooked on 1x. Since this is my first run on the cooker I'll be cooking some chicken qtrs (12/ea). How long will it take to get the unit up to 275-300? Is there a specific procedure to getting her going? I also hear that cook times are a bit shorter in the Stumps compared to other cookers. Any truth to this? Any help is appreciated,

Gracias 8-) ,
JT

Start your post with the editor, and you will see where you can add a file, click that button, find your pics to where you saved it, and then click ok, then add file. make sure that each pic is less that 500k in size.

OK I tried to load my pic and the file is too big. Is there any way to reduce the size?

1.37MB JPEG file doesn't fit....
