That's why I am just lookin' right now. When I get to my final destination, I'll get Stump to build me a real trailer. ;)

I envision 2, back-to-back up front, with the doors opening out. Those will be bolted to the floor and not easily removed. There'll be a little room between them for storage...E-Z-Ups, etc. The third and the Tailgater will remain on wheels, and will be off-loaded for use. I'll have to try it a few times, probably with a trailer modification or three 'til I get it right. A permanently mounted sink with a water heater will come sometime in the process.

Yeah, I am dreaming, but with what I've already spent on renting, I coulda already paid for a good trailer or two. :o

BOB
who has only, ever moved ONE Baby and either a Tailgater or a Tailgater and a GF222CM in real life. Never (yet) more than one Baby at a time  :?

it sounds like a good plan to me :!: :!: :!:

when you said modifications, what came to mind was some type of jacks or something to stabilize the trailer :?: :?:

but not being experienced at all wasn't sure thats what you meant :?: :?: :?:

Nope. Sawzall, grinder, welder. Modifications to the rail around the sides. So the doors open out and I can get to the firebox doors and cook chamber doors from the ground.

Now i see! but will the trailer need some sort of jacks at least in the back?

i've been looking at 5x10 trailers, but my baby wont be bolted in and i plan on using it for various purposes other than cooking.

p.s. im only dreaming right now

Hey Nation, I did buy some jacks at walmart to put behind the trailer when I park it and unhitch. I also go a swivel jack with a wheel to put on the front of the tongue. i guess thats what they are called. i got the trailer painted yesterday. Ill get a pick soon posted. Got a table bidded on in an auction to add to the trailer. Its all coming together.

Sounds like you are making great progress? The rear jack stands are a must if you unhook trailer and work from it. We will need some more pictures soon..
