smoked some actual bbq. the great thing was the dinner was DONE by 6pm. LaFawnduh heats up quick (thats what she said :lol: ). hope yall enjoy

File comment: THIS is a reason i wanted this cooker. as the weather started to get suspect, the cooker is on the screen porch. no breaking ez ups, no getting the food rained on, no underwater gurus, etc.

do it. i get these from my local butcher. he cuts them right off the ribeyes. cook em just like pork ribs until tender. everyone in the fam loves these
