Everything turned out good except the color too dark for me got the gig though!!! :D :D

little dark on the butts, but the briz & the ribs have a GREAT color. did the butts have a different rub or were they placed in a different spot on the cooker??

Congrats on getting the job. Is it a three meat cook for many people?

yeah too dark for my liking but I must say ut was super moist and had a good taste I used the same rub on the bones and brisket put on the third shelf I didnt spritz though I usually do but tried sonething diff wrappped at 175 took to 203 I dont know what happened?????
