My son has been asking for ribs, so I thought this would be a good day to do it and I wanted to try pig shots. The ribs turned out great. We kind like them almost fall off the bone. The pig shots where interesting. They were great, but you want that bacon very cold. It makes it easy to roll.

I used kielbasa, but you could use any sausage I guess. I then took whipped cream cheese mixed with a rub and piped it in to fill up the "shot glass". On half of them I put a circle of jalapeno in before the cream cheese mixture was piped in. Then topped them off with brown sugar. The next time I do them I will not fill all the way full. It looked the cream cheese expanded and shot out the top.

Great pictures Eric. Love the pig shots, a very good looking appetizer that sounds very good also. Picture of the "Bone Cleaner" is awesome.
