Did 9 racks St. Louis 6 racks baby backs, bunch of stuffed sweetie peppers bbq beans and corn pudding along with 20 pounds of wings on the 16th. Don't have good pix and didn't get pix of everything.

Hutch that is some good looking Q, I've never tried peppers,,I cooked a rack of ribs today and I now have two 9-lb butts cooking all night, my plan is drop them off at a school tomorrow for the teachers lol

Wow! Those teachers will get spoiled! Those little stuffed sweeties are like candy. I put them in a bag with extra virgin olive oil and kosher salt to coat them after coring. Then bake them for a bit in the oven. Then I use a sour cream gun filled with cream cheese to stuff em, pan em into the stretch top shelf for hours. They go great with bbq.
