Love the pictures thank you very much for sharing Mark. Ribs look good. I've done ball tips about sixty pounds worth two weeks in a row, think I'll toss on some ribs this week. :D

Mark you always cook for an army lol..I did one of my rib cooks without sauce and I do like them cooked with out it..I've never panned cooked ribs like in your pic

With the sausage and meat sticks, both smokers seeing plenty of action the past few months. Been using the Prince for many smaller cooks

The St Louis ribs are only panned the last 45-50 minutes to soften them up a bit.

The wood shed was a fun project. Keeps wood high, dry and organized

I'd guess 3"x5" pieces? I have hatchet to split smaller if needed.
The top I have some red elm for our fire pit. They are the larger pieces you see.
