Luke and I have been watching project smoke with Steven Raichlen. He asked if we could do ribs so I said heck yea buddy. I bought one rack of spares and one rack of baby backs. The spares I split in have and did one with a bbq run and one with a bbq rub and Oakridge bbq crucible rub. I really like the second one better, Luke thought it was to hot. LOL. The baby backs I made slits down the each side of the bones and over cooked them so I could get the bones to slide out. We then made a rib sandwich with some grilled bread. We really liked it. I will be doing it again for sure.

Eric, that is an awesome idea for the rib sandwich. Great job on everything.

I haven't had a McRib sandwich in decades.
Does Mickey D's still make them?
Looks awesome
