8-) For a change going to try some plate short ribs on my baby (quite sure I could make them taste good but........all advise welcomed.......have a cook off with some neighbors and want to bury the competition HAHA ...Looking for some proven expertise.....THX.......The winner gets a bottle of single malt scotch 30 yr.....Time to shine

I've only braised them in red wine in the oven
but
for 30 year old scotch I'd give it one heck of a try
are the neighbors cooking on a Stump's also?

Cook them like a beef steak. Season with a good beef rub. Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Maybe a Montreal Steak seasoning. PRACTICE at least twice BEFORE you compete. ;)
