Everything looks fantastic! Thanks for sharing the pictures. It appears you had ZERO learning curve on your new cooker. Have fun with it!

Thanks! The cooker makes it easy, but you guys know that already! :D The pit basicly ran none stop from Friday morning till about noon on Sunday. Sat. night about 10pm we had a pretty good thunderstore roll through. I went out, tied down the quick shade so it would'nt blow away. I wanted to keep it up so it would protect the Jr. from the hail they were predicting. 8-) I filled the chute, threw the two butts on and went to bed! 7am Sunday morning when I went out it was still chugging right along at the exact same temp I left it at the night before!

Thats what I call awsome!

Great pics; looks like one heck of a good eatin' weekend, everything looking soooo tasty. Is that a Caesar?

Some day I hope to be able to post pics of my Stumps  After looking at your pics, however, methinks I'll need to have LOTS of practice beforehand. :?

Wow, those were sure some great pictures. You had such a great variety of food it was fun waiting to see what the next picture was going to be.

Great Job and congratulations on several successful cooks.

Nice pictures, great variety of food!

JJ, if you can cook at all, you'll learn to cook on your Stump's really quickly. If you've never cooked at all, well, you might have some trouble...

I think I'll be alright; been wearing out my Weber kettle for the past 15 years, pretty much every weekend. Even did a prime rib at -32 degrees C once. But only once! ;) Just can't wait to get the Stumps. :(
