I've been waiting for this picture. More will come later. Thanks to the men at the shop. It has kept 250 for 17 hours so far. Still on one bag of Kingsford. I know....I know, but I've got 5 bags of the stuff.

It is bigger than I thought it would be, but that isn't even remotely an issue. The photos do not do it justice. I cooked some butts and chicken breasts. Didn't get pics of the chicken, but here are the pics of the butts. The best I've ever made.

File comment: Before I wrapped. Cooked at 250 for bout 2 hours, then dropped to 210-215 for 5 hours. Took them off at 200, let rest for an hour.
