Good stuff Larry. What is going to be the first cook on it??? AND have you seasoned it yet?
I still remember bringing my new classic home. i would go out into the garage just to look at it. :shock:

It is seasoned, did this Sunday afternoon after I got back from GA. First cook is delayed because of work commitments, football, tailgating, etc. -- probably be Sunday. First product will probably be chicken because it is a fast cook and will add to the seasoning of the cooker.

That SE Stretch is a cookin' Machine! Somewhere I have pictures on the shoulders Stump cooked on one last year at the Big Pig Jig. Nice cooker!
