We are currently ordering the covers for new models at this time. There is not reason that you could not get the current classic model cover that is being produced now for you cooker. Please call the shop and ask for Tab, she is handling the covers right now.

Thanks again Buster for talking to me about the difference between the two rubs. I did some pork steak the other day with the classic and it was great. The wife and I both enjoyed the little taste of heat then sweet that the rub produced. Ribs are next, wait a minute, I am doing chicken wings this Sunday. Well, sounds like Stumps Classic on wings then.

Whatever you cook, prep half with the Classic, and half with the Platinum. Both will be great. I did pork butts, and while there was a difference, I am not sure which I liked best.

BOB
and the light saucing with Blues Hog didn't hurt anything either

Wornslick,

I can vouch for the Classic rub on ribs. Smoked up some spare ribs rubbed down with the Classic rub and Stumps apple wood chunks last weekend. Painted them with some Russ & Frank's Sassy Sauce-got tore up by friends and family. Everyone wanted to see the rub I used-even had had to part with some rub takehomeasacks :D :D :D
