just dump the cans in the mixture and bring to heat

do you but the brine and turkey in the fridge or will the ice keep it cold enough?

How long will a 12 lb. turkey get to the 165f target using this recipe.

17lbs=8 to 9 hrs.....

the breast meat slices well, and the dark meat will fall off the bone.
