No pans, no wrapping, no injection. Just a light rub and 225 degrees for 14 hours. This is about 8 hours in.

Because I usually cook everything except chicken in pans. This time I decided not to and when I cook right on the grates without trimming any fat, the fat really sticks to the grates, even to the point of filling in the holes in the expanded metal. Using these I can just put them in the dishwasher if necessary. I don't like to do any more cleaning than necessary. ;) :lol: :roll:
